• Being Custom-made, personalized, or made-to-order products are non-cancellable after 2 hours of placing the order.

3. Post-Shipment Cancellations

• Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

5. Cancellation Charges

• No cancellation fees are applied for orders cancelled within the eligible time frame.

• For repeat cancellations, Mahira Creations reserves the right to review and potentially suspend the account.

6. Exceptions

• Products marked as "Final Sale" or part of special promotions are not eligible for cancellation or refund.
